Clients losing attachments. Follow-up calls to confirm whether they've even looked at the quote. A signature back via blurry phone photo. These are the frictions that slow down the close.
The mid-2026 feature wave removes most of them. Here's what's live now for every Quotie customer, with nothing to set up.
Shared Quote Links: Every Quote Gets a Hosted Page
When you send a quote from Quotie, your client now gets a link to a hosted, branded quote page — not just a PDF attachment.
The page shows all their options side by side, in the same clean layout they're used to seeing in your proposals. They can scroll through everything on any device without needing to download anything or find an email attachment they saved three days ago.
It's already wired into your existing email workflow. No new steps on your end.
Accept & Sign: Clients Close the Quote From Their Phone
The hosted quote page now has an Accept & Sign flow built in.
Your client picks their option, draws or types their signature on the signature pad, and submits. That's the close. Quotie stamps the signed certificate into the PDF and records the acceptance against the quote in your dashboard.
If they want to decline instead, they can do that too — and they're prompted to leave a reason. That reason lands in your pipeline, so you know whether it was price, timing, scope, or something else. Better intel than a no-reply.
The whole thing works on desktop and mobile, no app required.
View and Download Tracking
You now know the moment a client opens their quote page or downloads the PDF.
This is not email open tracking — it's activity on the hosted quote page itself. When a client loads their options or hits download, that event is recorded and visible in Quotie. You can see exactly when they engaged and how many times.
That changes how you follow up. Instead of calling blind on day three, you call two minutes after they open it.
Automation Hooks: Wire It Into Your Workflow
Quote viewed, quote signed, and quote declined are now automation triggers.
You can set up a workflow that fires the moment a client opens their quote — notifying the rep, logging to GoHighLevel, sending an automatic follow-up email, or any combination. Same for signed and declined events.
The automation engine already handled quote sent and won. Adding viewed, signed, and declined closes the loop on the full client journey from send to signed.
What Else Shipped This Wave
A few other significant features landed at the same time:
Site Visits and Road Day Planning. Quotie scans your GoHighLevel calendar, pulls your booked appointments for the day, and shows travel times between stops so you can order the day properly. Add stops, drag them into order, and generate booking summaries — all inside Quotie.
Callback Leads. A pre-quote lead pipeline for inbound enquiries before a quote is ready to be sent. Leads come in via GHL webhook, you log call attempts, and timed reminders keep callbacks from falling through. Graduates to a quote when you're ready.
Profit Tracking. Per-company profit formulas, margin trends over time, profit by rep, and per-deal breakdowns. If you've been running on revenue numbers alone, this shows you which jobs and which reps are actually profitable.
Automation Engine v2. Job triggers are now live alongside quote triggers. Wait steps, AND/OR condition groups, and filter steps let you build multi-step workflows with real logic. Actions cover send email, webhooks, GoHighLevel updates, and internal notifications.
Full Email Inbox Sync. Quotie's Emails page now mirrors your full Gmail or Outlook inbox for contact-linked threads. Two-way, threaded, with CC/BCC and attachments. Every email exchange with a client is visible against their contact record without switching apps.
Already Live, Nothing to Set Up
All of the above is live for every Quotie customer. Shared quote links are already included in your outbound quote emails. Accept & Sign is enabled on every hosted page. View tracking is running. Automation triggers are available in the workflow builder.
If you're already sending quotes through Quotie, your clients are already seeing the hosted page.
